Asking to buy?

Just to chime in on this, watch WHO you are talking to even more than what you say.

If their phone is tapped/phone records subpoenaed, the shit you txt/say could be used against you.

@newbierock.. Yes the everyday weed buyer/user probably does not have their phone tapped, but do not think for a second that cops only go after big time dealers..that's just naive. Cops go after dealers in hopes of moving up the ladder/getting people to fold/snitch,etc..

Honestly I have known many more "dub & dime" level dealers get busted then weight dealers (usually because they are young and stupid as fuck).

Shit's not a joke...over the years I know I became very laid back about what I said/did over the phone, well I have learned my lesson not to deal with people who are "hot."

I've also learned the hard way you do not have to be caught in the act with possession to be arrested on drug charges. Just being seen doing the deal/multiple deals in combination with phone records is enough for conspiracy to posses charges (which can be serious if you are talkin sched II or I drugs).

With weed...depending on state, this aint as serious as possession obviously, but fuck all the court fees etc.. I am just saying more as a general warning with drugs.

So just don't be stupid, WATCH who you are talkin to, WATCH who's around when you buy that weed every day.

I personally find it impossible to not incriminate your self somewhat over txt/voice if you are regularly buying drugs. But I try to play it as safe as possible, becuase i've found out the tough guy newbierock mentality doesn't always work with drugs. I pay more attention to who I am buying from now then what I say.

But honestly with weed, I usually just say "you around today" then I have to say how much like "quarter" "half" etc.. Or with drugs you just say the count.

I wouldn't advise txting poeple and saying yo man do you buy any chance sell stamp bags of heroin? I'm over on 123 winding way lane in my red Honda plates xyz69me.

Its true that some people are being watched and that it is not impossible to be busted buying a dime bag over the phone/text/ whatever. But I'm not worried about it. I'm willing to deal with the consequences if the DEA raids my home for soliciting a dime bag or a 1/4 or whatever. :)
 
lol @ the thought of the DEA bustin in after you order up a dime bag...

I've called medical delivery services here, and we have a rather frank conversation about strains and prices. I don't think anyone bats an eye... but then again it's legal under state law.

Yeah honestly itd prob be local cops not the dea lol ;)

But it's more of a concern for drugs that are scheduled worse like cocaine and heroin... dependin where you live weed charges might not even exist

I used to live in Boston and they did away with possession under like 5 or 10 grams. It is a civil offense like a parking ticket, so you can get caught unlimited tims and just pay the ticket. Not all states/towns are friendly like that

I know, I was exaggerating a little. :) Plus i live in Florida where the pot laws are circa 1971 still.

I thought I'd note that cocaine is actually sched. II and marijuana is sched. I federally.

I use obvious words. I'll just ask him, 'Hey, I need weed. Can I get a 60?'
 
"You have trees?"

Or something similar. Let's be honest, nobody gives a fuck about sellin' a little weed in Canada.

Either in person or by text. If I'm texting I just write something like "hey u got any green?" Me and my dealers don't bother being too cryptic.

Really, if its the first time (or first few times) you're talking to the guy, be a little discreet... but if you know them and you're on good terms, you can probably use whatever terminology you want... besides, I find that whoever might be listening in is looking to bust the seller, not the buyer.
 
I just text "are you around?" To my dealer and I he says yes than I ask for an 8th.
 
Here I a typical phone call ....

"yo man what's up ?"
"not much " (in blazed out of mind voice lol)
"sick . Umm I was wondering if you have 3g of green?"
"yeah man I'll meet you outside in 3"
"need a bag ?"
"yes.... Lol yeah"

If you are buying a pound it'd be kinda hard to play that off as personal use..duh.

although i remember back in the days when i was like 15 we used all kinds of codes. they actually were way more obvious then anything you else except for "got some weed?"
we used to talk about pieces of bread either a dark one (for hash) or with spices (weed) which just sounds sooo stupid because nobody buys 5 pieces of bread with spices for 30€ :D especially not some teenagers
