eKLAB, a number of people I know have said they can feel/smell meth on their skin after a heavy/prolonged session. Obviously anything in your system is going to be secreted out one way or another but I think you'd have to be talking about huge doses for it to cause sores.
A more likely explanation is that meth suppresses your immune system so you're more susceptible to illness and wounds take longer to heal. People also tend to accidentally hurt themselves more when high and if you're not eating, your body's less able to repair itself.
