are you seriously smoking speed?

Here where I live in holland I have never heard or seen anyone smoke speed. I want to try it, but everybody tells me it would burn your lungs. It seems on this board a lot of people do it, so is it a better high than snorting or swallowing?
 
It wont burn your lungs... Its not like smoking pot where you actualy light the meth on fire. Think of it like water... Every chemical has a different boiling point. Meth melt, and turn to vapor and thats what you inhale. You do not use a direct flame.... Think of it just like steaming water... Except it wont be that hot.
 
From what I've heard most speed in Europe is amphetamine, whereas most speed in the US is methamp. The two smoke differently. I know that meth is bad for you but won't recrystallize in your lungs/kill you/(insert other stupid rumor here), but I don't know about regualar amp. Maybe check erowid.
 
Ladies and gentlemen.. I have been up for damn near 24 hours on narcotics, but since it's damn near the weekend thats reason to really push it to the max.. basically you have to come as close to killing yourself as you can with he, anyway it1d

I total;ly forgot what the idea behind this was.. something to do with smoking meth, and because this was the ONLY

Tw-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-K!!!! I just tried it for the first time!!! 72 hours later, Im ready for sleep!! I dont think I will be fucking around with glass anymore!! But I will say it was dosing all night/day/night/day...... Good thing I didnt pay for it otherwise I would be standing in the pawn shop right now getting my shit out!!
 
dont u just love the way they look at ya in the pawn shop too, u know u roll up in there lookin like ass, not having slept in a couple days and whatnot!!!

HaHaHa, add another night/day to that! I was looking through this shit and totally forgot about me posting this!! I dont remember what the hell happend but I never did make it to bed, came down about 3 hours ago!! That shit was totally crazy!! Awake for 90 some hours!! Well for a first time it was ok..Got to see fully what all the hipe was about! I dont realy like it! I couldnt imagin paying money for this shit! But damn if you got access to it your not going to be able to keep your mits away from it!!
I had alot of fun on this i guess "binge" Tired as fuck!! Work wasnt all that fun but not a problem 2 parties and an afterhours! Oh ya about 30 hours on PS2 and much time spinning records!! Hacky Sak at 9am and Disc Golf at 10!!! My friend wants to paintball to but Fuk all that Im about one crispy basterd!!!
As of now I have no plans of ever trying this again! I am to the point were my body is not going to allow me to anything but fall into sleep that I was looking for along time ago!!

All n All .... Tried it..Got a full feal what it was like. Dont like it!! Cut your self off at small amount and it would be alot better! Well I tried 3 things!!
Hotrail: Heat up bottom of glass straw and snort slowely then exhale smoke! Kinda different! It fuckes with you because you snort it but breath out smoke!
Tweek Pipe: Smokeing was fun.. Took me a minute to get the pipe to stay clean and burn right without burning it up!!! But damn its hard on the back of your throte and drys your lips out real bad!!
Snorting: Hits you fast! Glass likes to light your nose on fire for acouple of seconds! Do a small one crushed up nice! I watched some kid do aboat a 8 inch line and hold the roof of his nose for about 20 mins swaring that that shit was drilling stright into his brain!!
I think he sat in that chair for like 9 hours or someshit!!!
 
mokenwee---u sure he SAT in a chair for 9 hours after snorting a huge line of glass? I would be bouncing off the walls, floor, ceiling, etc for 2 days :) Tweaked is the only way to be
