withdrawing a bit from valium, hadnt had my tramadol in a few days either so just been smoking weed and drinking alocohol.

accidentally took 800mg instead of 400mg tramadol just then, forgot the dumbass dr precribed me 200's again. im really craving for some benzos, but am trying hard to get off them completely, everything actually everything except my tramadol and weed.

going through a rough patch at the time, esp with the knee injury. not workinf is really getting me depressed. all i have to do is sit at home
