Omnipotent means all powerful yet God is not powerful enough to breed true and have a son who is not a half breed chimera.

Seems that man is not only more responsible than God, we are also more powerful, in terms or reproduction and morals than he is.

ASSUMING God is real.. well.. now ASSUME that ALLAH is real.. where does that leave you..

Plus I'm pretty sure that the the God Gnostic believes in cares not for your petty myths.

I didn't mean to answer for Gnostic as you imply.. hence the "I'm pretty sure"..

But i did give my 2 cents, which you ignored (would you believe it?) by saying I answered a question with a question.. Pot, Kettle, black.. look it up.

Of course it is.. You asked what if blah blah blah god (according to the King James Bible (again, i assume, am i wrong though>) turns out to be real then gnostic is fucked.. I proposed the possibility, using your logic, that the God, Allah, as written about in the Quran is real with the equally stupid conclusion.. You are "Up shitz creek that's where....."

Assuming the God(christian God you have already defined this) you are fervently drying to disprove cause you think he is a sick bastard, plan for eternal salvation is true;

What's this with all these passive-aggressive attacks on Christ? Either you see him as a good role-model or you don't. And there should be none of this, "Yes, but only in my exclusive understanding of him, and all you who think otherwise are inferior".

WTF? Is that what you think he would have wanted? Just point to his inspirering qualities in a way everyone can understand. Don't to use religion, and especially not a genuine understanding of Christ, as a way to feed your ego and put yourself above others (or is that too much to ask of most?).

Give it up, all his posts are full of fervent, perverse attacks on Jesus and the Christian God, and there is no personal belief you can come up with that will satisfy him.

Besides, his prime motivation is to attack what he believes to be the "wrong" kind of Christianity, and hardly sets aside any time to share what he sees as right. It should be a given that we all share his exclusive Gnostic beliefs, even though it's a very varied religion and the beliefs can differ a lot from person to person.

To make it short, it's not good enough that you share in his religion (Christianity), and it's not even good enough that you share in his personal brand of Christianity (Gnostic/Esoteric). It has to be the same beliefs in every small detail, which is an absurd expectation, as there's no rational reason why anyone would. Failing that, there's enough reason for all-out religious war.

As to Jesus, much of what he said was un-workable rhetoric as well as anti-love. Like his divorce, or no divorce law.
