I have in my possession 5mg endone oxycodone hydrochloride (Packet doesn't say if it has any acetaminophen/aspirin?)

1.=So, my first try of Oxys, I swallowed 1, 5mg tab and insufflated another 5mg.
=Got an annoying headache.

2.==2nd time I took 10mg swallowed, slowed breathing, along with a dizzy/headache.

So I'm just wondering after these annoying discouraging experiences, whether I should step it up to 20mg?

I've only got 4 tabs left (5 each)

Maybe I'm weird?
I just get shitty from them so far, I know I have a fast metabolism, as I eat tonnes and struggle for average weight, skinny I am.
I've had 10mg of morphine twice when I broke my knee, no headaches then.. :S

If these contain acetaminophen, then snorting them is a total pain in the ass and a total waste... to be honest, you'd be better off just swallowing the stupid things regardless of whether or not they contain acetaminophen.

I will say this, that if you're noticing slowed breathing after having taken just 10 mg, then uh... you may not want to step it up. I've taken a lot of oxycodone, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, all of them... and I've noticed elapsed time between breaths on one, maybe two occasions, and I had taken a hell of a lot more than just 10 mg to get to that point.

Interesting, why would you say that I may not want to "step it up" because I get slowed breathing at 10mg?
I'm a complete noob, so I wouldn't have a clue.

The breathing was definitely slow though, I remember nodding off and giving myself a slap cause I was kinda scared of how slow I was breathing.

It wasn't too slow, maybe waking-up-first-thing-in-the-morning slow.
super relaxed breathing.

edit: more like 2 minutes before you fall to sleep slow.

===========

On the acetaminophen thing, I found out that snorting was a total pain and waste, that's why on my 2nd go I didn't do it.
+ snorting gave me a fucked headache (I have a lot of sinus issues, A LOT!)

I'm thinking I try 15 mg swallowed, if I feel like shit
(headache, dizzy, slowed breathing)

Then I stop my opiates journey right then.

It just worries me because, unless I'm mistaken, depressed breathing is a warning sign that an individual has taken a dangerous, potentially-lethal dose.

I just know that, in my experience, I won't notice a change in my breathing unless it's a very noticeable change, meaning that it's probably a bit more depressed than it should be, and that's not a good thing...

Hmm, it seems I think I'd cover a few of the More serious side effects;

*Severe allergic reaction including hives, rash, swelling
*Difficulty breathing
*Dark urine
*Slow/irregular breathing
*Slow/irregular heartbeat
*Stomach pain
*Yellowing of the eyes and skin"

I can relate to these, not yellowing of the skin or rashes, but the rest is pretty much me.
Don't think I'll try oxy again.

If he has sinus problems to begin with the slowed breathing could be from that. I have asthma and I get a feeling not like an asthma attack at all but more like slowed breathing from even a normal 10mg dose. Just my experience though.. I'm no doctor. I actually brought it up with my dr. who told me that I was fine and dandy and not to worry unless I was really struggling to breath (thanks Dr... )

I'd try 7.5mg, oxycodone is stronger than you are giving it credit for with no tolerance. If you decide to try 15mg, it may make you sick but isn't dangerous otherwise.

The effects you are describing are normal. The side effects you listed are also normal, just remember that everything is relative. Lowered breathing isn't a problem unless it's dangerously low, and 10mg is not anywhere near the level where this would be dangerous. If you do try this again, don't worry about the breathing as it will just steer the experience in the wrong direction.

...Oh, and don't snort these pills, there's surely more powder in one than you want to put up your nose. No wonder you got a headache.

Yeah, I can't imagine that 5 or 10 mg would pose any real threat to anyone either, but it surprises me that the OP would notice a change in his breathing at all. I mean, I've noticed a change in my breathing but it's only when I take a wee bit too much, and both times I've experienced this was with oxymorphone (insufflated). I'd take a breath, zone out, take another breath and then think, "wait a minute, when was the last time I took a breath before this one?" It would seem like a long time had elapsed between the two...

But it could just be that the OP is very self-aware, which is certainly not a bad thing at all. I was thinking that maybe the OP had some sort of a sensitivity or allergy, even, to oxycodone. But that's unlikely, of course.

Some poeple don't like oxycodone. Personally, if you are getting headaches or feeling sick, you're taking way too much.

Interesting, I really appreciate all of your replies.
I will try 7.5 today and report back here how I'm going.

The worst thing about it is the dizziness really, I get scared of being dizzy I hate it so bad.
Dizzy is my hell.

Ok, it's 11:40 am, I haven't eaten yet (except 1 lolly)
Should I do anything before takin this 7.5 I have I front of me?

I have to paint some boxes, which Is really easy so I don't have anything to do today.

^What's a lolly?

Just be in a good mood and don't expect anything specific. Take the pill and see how you feel in an hour or so. Hopefully you notice good effects at some point.

All power to those with more knowledge of drugs in general than I, but I've taken quite a bit of Oxy over the last few years and have never noticed any breathing changes. If I were this poster I'd avoid it. Why risk it?

Okay thanks, I'll just wash it down with some water.

A lolly is like candy, but Australian/UK.
Infact, the actual lolly was a zappo.

SO DELISH!
I combined 2 grape and 2 strawberry to make 1 YUMMY lolly!

Anyways, I'll go swallow these pills, be back in an hour.

Cream soda is one of the bests... Well I hope you're ok and just enjoying yourself!

Taking to y sister just ten, I felt like I didn't even have to vlbreathe.
But breathing is normal now, just feel relaxed.

Dizzyness I here about 10min ago, feeling a little giggly and I hve terrible coordination.

Honsrly doesn. Feel too good, bu not bad either, so neural currently.
