Actually that's not entirely accurate.

Enlargement exercises are actually a thing. One exercise that has its basis in Saudi Arabia is called jelqing. You can also use a penis pump, and you need a good one with a pressure gauge or else you can injure your dick.

The medical basis for penis enlargement exercises comes from a study that was done on male psychiatric hospital inmates that excessively masturbated for several hours every single day, as well as priapism which can occur from certain diseases as well as viagra.

Priapism causes extension of the tissues in the corpus cavernosum, and can keep them extended for hours. This actually causes the tissues to expand longer and further than they would normally do and makes the penis larger. Unfortunately it can also cause rupture.

Using a penis pump, you can make the corpus cavernosum expand and hold it there in a controlled manner.

Actually found that bouts of extended masterbation seem to work, with something like a small hair tie at base of dick.
It's a long road, but it does work a bit. But overall it's not what you've got, it's what you do with it!

That's a modification of a technique called "clamping".

I'm 100% serious. I'm not making that up.
