ive got very mild benzo and opiate w/d. I got a bit stressed and tried taking some of those kava supplements u can buy at the shop.

Bottle says 1 day. I took 4.

yet other websites say be VERY careful and some people can die from taking it for just a few weeks.

anyways it helped me feel a little bit more relaxed which is what i wanted. anything that helps....

I've got a whole bottle now. i get a lot of anxiety so i'll take them daily if they're safe. But if they're dangerous I'll save them for what I'm at my worst.
