Are humans made to naturally eat meat

weapons have range. if you try to attack an opponent whose weapons have a greater range than yourself, you are going to have a hard time winning the fight.

So you think a cave man was like "im gonna run up to that guy and bite him to death and steal his carrots"

But the other cave dude, is going to use his fists or maybe a stick, and fight off Captain Biter before he can sink his teeth in.

Or.... we have sharp teeth at the front of our mouth to take a bite of meat after because you haven't invented knives yet to cut it.

There is no plan when it cums to pussy.

Noob

You can survive completely without meat, you can get your protein and nutrients from other sources

That being said, I don’t feel satisfied without meat, you should see how people in jail react to being cut off of meat.

When I was in jail, sometimes we only got chicken three time s a month, the rest was soy, milk, nuts, grains, and beans. Nobody died, and I had a workout regimen that I was still getting benefits from, for that to be true, I must have met atleast my minimum protein requirements.

I think we need mea, but a lot of thAt need is psychological IME

Sorry for the misspellings, my ipads fucked up

Also, at one point in my life, I lost all appetite for meat, it was from a combo of mental issues and drug problems, I survived off of a centrum vitamin, oatmeal, milk, bananas, and peanut butter when I could get it.

I didn’t die (obviously lol) but I was 125 pounds, in am 182 now.

My metabolism is the opposite of the ops though, I need a shit load of calories to stay healthy, I can eat literally w/e I want, as much as I want, w/e I want and I won’t get fat, it just makes me healthy, I have a six pack btw, and some days I’m eating 3000-4000 calories

Are humans actually evolved to eat meat as we are the only animal that has too cook it I've recently stopped eating meat and haven't really missed it were we ever really ment to eat it
If I find fresh beef I'll eat it raw no problem (just need to slice it really thin), same with salmon and tuna.
No issues whatsoever.
Raw chicken meat is a nono just because it is very likely to be contaminated by harmful bacteria due to the horrible way they are farmed, but would otherwise be fine to be eaten raw.
They do have chicken sashimi in Japan.

It is basically impossible to get the nutrition you need without some kind of animal product, whether it's meat or milk or eggs. So, unless we're talking about veganism (rather than vegetarianism): did we evolve to drink from the teats of cows?

Ignore the quotes:
I often get beef tataki at Japanese restaurants. Used to live in downtown Tokyo. Can't say I ever remember seeing chicken sashimi, but I've heard it exists. My dad has been served food on naked Korean women instead of tables and has eaten all sorts of weird shit including that fish from The Simpsons that can kill you if you prepare it incorrectly. When he told me that I was like, what the fuck, you criticize me for taking drugs while you're going around eating that shit? He has engaged in all sorts of dangerous socially acceptable activities over the years. I am rambling now. I will shut up.

Yes.

You can survive without meat but you won’t thrive. You’ll also need to supplement just to make it work. Then of course supplements are never like nutrients from food, or at the right concentrations.

And we don’t need canines anymore because we cook all our food to a point where eating it is easy. I find the notion we fought other males with our teeth to be laughable.

The whole canines thing is stupid and really doesn’t apply to us humans since our food is prepared and eaten so differently from all other species close to us. I’ve heard vegans say “well hippos have huge canines and are herbivores.” Absolutely moronic considering their more tusks than teeth, and hippos kill more people a year than many of the apex predators combined. All the arguments have such big holes.

Of course 95+% of Americans and western society as a whole needs more plants and mushrooms in their diet, but not none.

That's it depending on the person and individual it can be unfortunately mich harder to thrive.

In my own case survive I would not survive even a year without flesh foods in my diet and there is no way I could substitute that or supplement around it.

It depends largely on the individual's personal constitution and level of active convalescence and energy stores as well as individual metabolic type and requirements because it's not one size fits all.

I absolutely love the idea of nothing dies for everything to live. I have not made that sacrifice yet it would be myself basically which is the question am I doing wrong to support and fund the fishing industry?

Hauling cod out of the Atlantic like there is tomorrow but we just didn't manage reserves.

We only use organic meat and I don't actually eat very much food overall and have always aim to use the minimum amount of flesh foods to support my body.

Organic ox liver I miss used to eat regularly have been planning to order for a long time but this whole global thing has halted a lot of regular practice.

For now- Chickpeas and peanut butter brown rice all the vegetables in the world extra nuts and seeds within my restricted dietary options would not suffice for very long.

No way would I expect to live a year without flesh foods in my diet but another person could easily achieve this realities and biology and requirement..vary.

I have deep personal issues with this obviously and I'm definitely guilty here
