I've tried the moxy, but not the 4-aco-dipt. I would imagine they are quite different. When you compare a 5-methoxy substituted compound to a 4-acetoxy like 5-meo-dmt & 4-aco-dmt, there is quite a difference and this seems to be reflected throughout all trytamines I'm aware of when different ring substitutions are compared.
The 5-meo's seem to require a much lower dosage as a rule, and are quite intense & spiritual. The 4-substitions, tend to be more forgiving, more recreational, and slightly less emotional (depending on the substituation; I find acetoxy to be more emotional than hydroxy for example, which I find to slightly more visual).
Again rules can be broken, but in the confined world of trypatmines, the two you've asked about couldn't be more structurally different in the above context so there's no reason to think they will be similar in effects.
