One final note, the way you're discussing this isn't productive or healthy. And I don't mean the personal attacks on me, I mean

the details of our plan to address her and my addictions, and our course of action.

your acting as if she's not a part of her own recovery, as if you and her family can "address her", and that's not going to effectively mediate the conflict, she needs to be involved with this and to be treated like the free human being that she is, she may be bound by marriage but she is well within her legal right to do as she pleases, including her choice to get clean.
