Site Feedback appreciate no "default" avatar

Just joined and haven't had time to create a decent avatar. I appreciate that here there is no ugly default avatar for newbies.

Funny (odd? humorous? scary?) part is, I did invest time at one point to find a good one to stick in...and decided against it, before the other sr. staff would have told me to stfu. So yeah, I agree on the no call.
