jackie jones is stepping down as my co-Words moderator.
We are looking for someone who is active in the words forum and has a good posting history on the rest of BL. You should be willing to check the forum on a regular basis so you can respond to threads, deal with troublesome users in a professional manner and moderate as you see fit. As a member of staff, other BLers look up to you!
There are perks too... You get a larger inbox (150 PMs!!) and access to the staff forum where you can participate in social discussions as well as voicing your opinion on site policies. And you get to hang out with animal_cookie, alisdairm and myself in the words [modthread] as well as the rest of the Bluelight staff in the various hidden administrative forums.
Please PM myself, jackie jones, animal_cookie and alasdairm you application by 12pm PST on June 20th.

It is probably important to note that Words has less traffic than some of the other sub-forums on Bluelight, so the workload is fairly light. It's a perfect entry-level position for those of you who have little to no experience moderating forums.
