Aphorisms

Consciousness without an Object is just based on Science and Philosophy

such as from various references from researching everywhere.

Here is one article on Science merging with Philosopy

The Nondual Philosophy of Franklin Merrell-Wolff

I stole it of course. Obviously. But it is so good and so classic it just has to be my favorite now.
Sorry for stealing it but I just had to. Looools.
Please, when you copy from other sources, name the source. Because of this here:

2. No preaching or plagiarism. Regardless of the topic, lengthy and/or repetitive posts consisting of little more than quoted text from outside sources lower the signal-to-noise ratio in P&S. People don't read these posts, and why should they? They're not communicative, and are essentially spam. We here at P&S have nothing against people sharing interesting writings they've found. But please use a link, an abbreviated abstract, or a few select pithy quotes, followed by your own comments and thoughts. Cite your source. Posts that fail to follow this guideline will be unapproved. Any post which the moderators have good reason to believe is a complete and deliberate plagiarism of someone else's online writing will receive an infraction for spamming, as by the BLUA.

Nothing worth doing is done as a matter of principle.
If something is worth doing, it is done because it is worth doing. If it is not worth doing, it is done as a matter of principle.

Never try to impress a woman, because if you do she'll expect you to keep up the standard for the rest of your life.

Don't worry about your heart, it will last you as long as you live.

What if your missing all other necessary ingredients ?
💡sell half, and buy some people.

is: "a Donkey never hurts himself against the same stone twice"

the Dutch variety of  Heraclitusm:
"You cannot step into the same river twice."

Defenitly the way to explain it is changed.

i never got it anyway was like saying to one who bumps twice to the same rock,
Which is a metaphor i think, for any obsticle you bump in twice.
Your a Donkey [meaning dumb].
While you are not a Donkey obvious, at least not a ordinary one.
Donkey s don t do it a second time right !

And 2-nd that Donkey s are smarter as people, concerning being hurted by the same stone.
Try to get a solid rreply, by the one who said itt, kid or grown up. See what happens 😮
All times this happened it caused distress and chaos in the person.
It is pretty clear, the saying, its the interpretation thats not right imo.

Think thats one too.It still holds truth, especially when it was made.

"Make haste, slowly"

Which is a proverb or Adage. The original form of the saying,
σπεῦδε βραδέως speũde bradéōs, is Classical Greek,
of which festina lente is the Latin translation.
A perceived truth based upon common sense or experience.

Besides a good life rule, they should put that at least on roadboards.

Drive 10 km to fast [then allowed] ,
edit: make that 30 as 30 km is max speed allowed, in neighbourhood streets.

Cut corners killing almost 2 biking parents and defy all rules.
Result 10/ 30 seconds earlier on destination, btw on a bike would even be faster.
But these people are addicted to cars :lowrider:
> 🚲 > 🚶‍♂️?

‘just act normal, it’s already crazy enough’

[wiki s translation not mine]
Its more like:

'just act normal, then you are already acting crazy enough'

'Doe normaal, dan doe je al gek genoeg', is more a NL concept.
Where i now recide also in NL, they turned it backwords.
[takes 60 km distance to disprove normal and see its geographically dependend]

'act normal, even though its just crazy'
[which is not a Dutch saying but my alteration of the OG,
to comply with the geographic reality
]

My take on it, which is geographic influenced.
Just act your natural crazy when necessary and/ or possible,
and be your non crazy self when not. Or act like it when necessary.

But always be integer and to the point, to yourself and to the other,
except when ...they are not, treating you equally.

Then you go to plan B, or C.

To move remorse where favor is not borne;
To heap complaints, which she doth not regard;
Were fruitless, bootless, vain and yields but scorn."

Does History repeat itself. Or is the repeating actually just the same as the History ? Until it actually is the History again. lol.

I'm still working on it. Not quite an aphorism. But I liked it.
