Does anyone know of a good apatite suppressant that actually works? Either drug or natural. This is for dieting reasons. I'm working with a personal trainer and a individualized meal plan but I cannot stop from constantly being hungry. I've been doing this for a month + and I need help with some kind of apatite suppressant. Preferably not coke as it's too expensive!

Phentermine is an effective prescription appetite suppressant. In my experience it had a lot of nasty stimulant side effects, but after taking it for about a week they faded and the apetite suppressant effects remained.

An EC stack (ephedrine and caffeine) can also help with weight loss and appetite suppression. The general dosage for this is 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine 2-3 times a day, 4-6 hours between doses. At first you should only dose 1-2 times a day until you acclimate to it. Ephedrine is available OTC but you usually have to ask for it behind the counter at the pharmacy. A common ephedrine product is Bronk-aid. 200mg caffeine pills are also OTC.

^Good suggestions.

You could also try DMAA, it hasn't been tested too much but seems to have less side effects as ephedrine. It is a 100 percent legal and available cheap in bulk. I guess 2-dpmp would also work, but you'll have to keep the dose low and 1-2 a day.
