APAP Question Please Help

Okay so I RARELY take pills recreationally, let alone at all besides from Vitamins. Last night I took eight 5/500 Vikes. That's 4000mg of APAP, the daily max recommended dosage. I did not drink on them.

I only have 10 pills left. Is it possible to take them all tonight at once for a total of 50mg Hydro/5000mg APAP? Like I said I rarely take pills so the next time would probably be months and months from now. I don't plan on drinking this weekend either. So can my liver handle it if I take it easy the rest of the week (with alcohol)?
 
I would wait . If you did it now, you risk liver damage at the worst, and at best you risk a buzzkilling stomache ache from so much APAP. Taking it tonight would put you at a total of 9000mg within a 24 hour period, an amount nobody believes is safe .

Fair enough. Well the good news is I have a blunt rolled. If I take say 20/25mg of vikes and smoke on it, is that comparable to the high of taking 50mg of vikes by itself?
 
^No. Cannabinoids and opioids are completely different. Remember also that we are a harm reduction site so the only answers you will get will be biased towards what is safe and no one will advise you based on a "well you will probably be alright" mentality. If you are planning on taking the hydrocodone preperation look up CWE (Cold Water Extration) [the OD Directory linked in my signature has a CWE megathread]. Otherwise the less APAP you consume the better and if you want to also get high feel free.

Listen to this guy, this is the only answer you will get from here, it it the only answer that you should follow if you want your liver to live.
