Tried 3 ultram, nothing.

Just got some butalbital. Recommendations to start? Together or separate?

Thanks!

Bad Idea, Butalbital is a really weak barb, by the time you can get high on it you'll overdose on apap.

You need to do a CWE on the ultram. You can't CWE the Floricet.

Thank you for the reply.

Haven't done a CWE. Not sure if I am comfortable with the idea. Only have a few Ultram. How many would be needed for a CWE?

Let me correct myself. You do not need to CWE the Ultram, it has no apap, I was thinking about another form of tramadol.

Take about 200mgs of tramadol.

Take a couple of Fioricets, but not too many. (nothing over 900-1000mgs of apap.)
Three is safe. 975mgs of apap is in three Fioricets. 120mgs of caffeine is fine(and normal), it will make the drugs flow faster.

Since Fioricets are not that strong at all, and tramadol is not that strong at all, they will both take effect and get you good and high.

If you have any kind of opiate tolerance you can easily handle this combo.

How long is the APAP in your system as far as toxicity level buildup(not testing)? How long after taking three before I can take more safely?

4-6 hours, until you hit 4000mgs a day.

Anything to increase metabolizing it or reduce absorbotion that will not reduce the benzo?

Google shows grapefruit juice as a possibility.

I'm not going to go crazy with it or anything, just want to reduce its effects on liver and such.

Don't use grapefruit juice, it decreases metabolism, which will make it more toxic.

Use potent antioxidants to reduce the damage. Remember don't do this often, as there is no guarantee.

I've done both these drugs. I would say try about 6 Fioricet first and see what that does.
I personally would never take them together. To get a high off the Fioricet you have to ingest a lot of caffeine and Tramadol is also very speedy sometimes. Be forewarned you may feel like you are going to have a heart attack, but it all depends on your sensitivity to caffeine.

Tramadol is just generic Ultram. Ultracet Plus is the one with APAP in it.

How much alcohol is safe with 2-3 of the butalbital. I assume it is bad with the apap. Can I get away with a drink or two?

What's the most effective way to ingest? I only have a limited supply of ultram, so lets ignore those.

So far I have been trying this:
Empty stomach.
take 2 butabitals and drink 1.5 cups coffee(one cup really, its big though)
wait 20-30 minutes
take another butabital and then eat something

It seems like it doesn't really hit until I eat something. I know some meds require food to adsorb. Is this the case?

No, not really, you are consuming too much caffeine. There is enough in the pills as it is, and you are killing the butabital/codeine buzz. Delete the coffee.

You won't need very much if you delete the coffee. Couple of beers will increase the effects of the butabital but also increase the liver toxicity of the apap. I advise scarce use of alcohol on these.
