Anyway to (roughly) identify the chemical purity of Molly by looks?

I've seen Molly in the past, and I've observed that usually the purer it is, the whiter it is.

Is this a valid statement? I recently just bought some, and I know it's supposed to be pure MDMA, but it's always cut with things.

Mine has a tanish tint to it, and is small crystals. It looks almost like really shitty meth.
Could this be a sign it's cut with amphetamines?

Is there anyway to roughly identify the chemical purity of Molly just by looks?

Not really. There are other drugs that aren't MDMA but look quite similar to it.

Never take anything sold as MDMA without testing it with a marquis test kit. I have encountered countless white powders throughout my life that have looked similar - from chalk, to flour, to salt, to soap, to MDMA, to methlyone, to 4acodmt, to MXE, to cocaine to rat poison. Powder is powder - you can't tel what it is unless you 1) ingest it or 2) test it.

Given that some VERY nasty poisons come in powder form, I would recommend testing it.

Get a test kit. 10 bucks on ebay. There is no excuse.

You could have dirty salt for all we know. Hell, my DMT would be described exactly as you're describing your MDMA.
