anyway to make roxy last longer?

I've been able to get my hands on some roxicodone 15mg. I always take it orally without crushing or dissolving the pill and only ever take 1 per day. These things only last 2-2 1/2 hours once they kick in, is there anyway to increase the duration? I was thinking potentiation with tums and wgfj might lengthen the experience, will this work?

Some people use Cimetidine (generic Tagamet) for potentiating opiates. You would take it about an hour or so beforehand. Same with white grapefruit juice. I've never tried diphenhydramine with oxys but hear of some using it (also stops the itching)
