Anything similar to MDMA that lasts MUCH longer?

Hi all,

I've heard there are compounds out there that have similar (if not "better") effects as MDMA but last much longer.

200mg of MDMA will do me in pretty well for 3 hours, but I am looking for something a little longer... upwards of 8 hours.

would i be right ni thinking that if such a compound existed, it would be horrendously neurotoxic?
and iirc MDMA stays in your blood for 24 hrs in almost peak concentrations....so its a matter of your brain after a while saying "no" to the MDMA's attempt at neurotransmitter release, isnt it?

Especially BZP and TFMPP.
Those aren't really similar to MDMA, they're just used as cheap replacements by greedy dealers. :|



OP: Try Methylone. It lasts about the same time as MDMA but you can redose with it more than you can with MDMA.

Methylone never really went anywhere for me, its like "Im starting to feel it now"
30 minutes later "Yeah its kicking it" 30 minutes later "This is it?"

I just take more pills through out the night to make my roll last longer, but this is shown to be much worse for your brain and can make the comedown worse, but I never really got a comedown off any amount of pure MDMA
 
  • Mephedrone (not recommended - meph can have lot's of shitty side effects especially when you redose).
  • Methylone - a lot of people don't like methylone as much, but I find it has a nice, laid back, speedy MDMA feel to it (I believe redosing on methylone is less damaging, but same risks apply)
  • MDA - It's supposed to last longer than MDMA, but it has a more psychedelic feel to it.
  • HBWR seeds (LSA) - I find seeds containing LSA's to have a similar empathogenic vibe to MDMA. The euphoria is less pronounced (less pushy) and there is a lot of LSD like mental psychedelia. Visuals are more reminiscent of MDMA (at least for me).

Basically, there really is no way to make the MDMA peak last for 8 hours. As LSDMDMA&AMP mentioned, it's more to do with your mind getting used to the effects of MDMA (5HT, DA, NE release) as opposed to low concentrations of "happy drugs".

ya there's nothing quite like some good mdma..thaz why we call that "ecstasy" and not anything else. At least thaz how I see it ; )
 
6-APB apparently (have not tried), I also find mephedrone can last longer because it provides a more significant dopamine rush vs. serotonin- but I always must follow up using it by ending the might with methylone (the mephedrone wearing off is way to fiendish IME).

Only MDMA feels exactly like MDMA, and by it's very nature you can only "roll" for so long, but if you're looking for a similar experience that lasts a while, you may have better luck having a night that goes through "phases"- start with the more stimulating drug, and end with the more relaxing. It's important when doing this to check out Erowid for drug combos- chances are, if no one has a good report on mixing two particular compounds, there is a reason. With the more unknown RC's, it's best to use with much caution.
 
I forgot to mention aMT- yes, the reports from friends were quite positive, but also remarkably lengthy duration.
 
Yeah, MDA is supposed to last longer, it has some psychedelic effects.
I'm going to have to look into the other ones as well :)

Any MDxx substance (at least the ones I have had) is going to give you the loved up empathy feeling that we all know and love. There are some differences in the highs, but its basically the same thing. I prefer MDA much more to MDMA, in fact the first time I had it I ended up eating twice as many bombs as I had ever taken before and rolled for around 24 hours.

In my experience, you can make the roll last as long as you want, if you have enough E. But once again this has been proven to be much more toxic for your brain.

Try a candyflip, LSD alone last 8+ hours, and the combination is amazing. Make sure you take the acid first though, its never fun coming down during a trip
 
MDA and mephedrone are both similar to mdma

I actually rate mda better than mdma. Alot more trippy, has lots of euphoria and has a bit more of a rush to it.

Mephedrone has empathatic qualitys, eye wiggles and a nice release of serotonin but lasts nowhere near as long.

Some people say methylone but i dont find them similar atall, the comedown is also a bitch.
