Anything like Lyrica?

Is there anything that will have the same effect or close to trhe effect as Lyrica? So far Lyrica is the only thing that I've actually gotten any kind of a reaction from. So, I was wondering if there was anything that would do close to the same thing? Or if anyone had any good sugestions?
 
Gabapentin aka nuerontin is like lyricas retarded half cousin. Pharmacology wise.
 
Gabapentin is metabilized to lyrica. Not very efficiently, requires a much higher dose. I'm not aware of any other closely related drugs,
