Due to my black market shortage, my list of mind altering substances has grown rather thin (legal or perscription)

I have just taken:

DXM 150mg
Alprazolam 1mg
Diazepam 5mg

I have 250mg of codeine right next to me...

I also have unlimited Diazewazzy, Aprazolazzy and another 150mg DXM with me,

what should I do, and what I expect??

Well, this is going to end up getting closed because BL isn't here to tell you what to get high on.

It sounds like you will probably just have a sedated, nauseous, mildly-euphoric time. You could always mail a fair portion of that unlimited diazewazzy and alprazolazzy you have to your fellow psychonaught. :)
