Im wondering if anyone has tried this. It seems shulgin thought it was very close to regular mdma.
Not to derail the thread too much, but do high potency kanna extracts really feel similar to MDMA? I've tried a nasal spray but it was just a basic extract, not concentrated at all. It was okay but felt way more like a traditional stimulant than MDMA. It also came with some unpleasant side effects like irritability on the comedown that MDMA doesn't really do for me. I would compare it to a high dose of caffeine with some serotoniny feelings more than an empathogen.N-Methyl-MDOH is a more accurate representation imo, most empathogens outside of MDA, MDMA and a few spare benzofurans have really been used, and I suppose kanna extracts also. Outside of the Shulgins' research group, I doubt you'd find much, but hey maybe.
Yeah, I've had to use up to half a gram of 300-500x extracts orally, about half that intranasally, for a good roll. It feels a lot more like ephedrine, I could see a properly empathogenic dose inducing straight up stimulant psychosis in some. I found it very valuable personally, but less so than MDA. The characteristics were really peculiar, I was exhibiting "eugeroic" strength increases that led me to accidentally breaking a coffee table just from leaning on it. The visuals were mushroom-like, it lasted maybe 4-6 hours with the same amount of time existing as residual stimulation. Not to derail the thread too much, but do high potency kanna extracts really feel similar to MDMA? It's too bad I missed the days when MDMA analogues were sold in smoke shops as "room odorizers" and similar products.
