Anyone seen methamphetamine in the UK/Europe?

I think very few people in this country have ever seen it around, even normal amph sulphate comes and goes, I personally haven't been able to lay hands on it regularly in a long time. That said, in the heroin drought thread there had been speculation that if the drought goes on long enough, dealers may start selling meth instead, I believe something similar happened in Australia years ago...
We can only but hope.

I can get it but at £200 for 3gs. Ment to be pure transparent shards. Still not sure I trust myself. And that mad dopamine rush just fries the head too much.
I've been medically prescribed it since I was a child.. but have seen every variety in between.. so forgive my ghettoishness approach. The pure form is just that ; pure. If it's from a lab, or a good street chemist, and it's meth.. then it's meth (Desoxy) or one of it's relatives. It's not a substance to be taken lightly and I speak only on the level of those who understand it's very real dangers albeit they are nowhere near the media frenzies that result.
It's not appropriate for some, ie, non-narcoleptic / people who live normal lives. But for some its a matter of survival.
and FYI. my amps come from UCB pharma.. Slough, SL1 3WE, and the varieties available pharmaceutically are essentially that of the 50's or what was common in the USA before the anti-speed fits started in the 70's. with lyanse, and whatnot, in the USA.. I can only hope for Europe's kids that ya'll keep it that way

I have to admit I've always been intrigued to try it as I do love euphoric uppers, but I suspect it would fuck me up big time.. and as for it replacing H, I'd hate that - I'd only ever want to try it if I had some gear to bring me back down!
I wouldn't be suprised if Meth , Crystal meth and 4-mar polpularity starts to increase in the UK now especially after the popularity of mephedrone that basically introduced a whole generation of kids that never thought they would be doing things like that to enjoy and want huge amounts of euphoria and stimulation . I personally think thats why cocaine use in this country has increased. Also in our current economic climate producing Meth or Methcathinone seems like a pretty easy way to make money for some. (breaking bad style)

I think one of the first reported police raids in the UK (some guys synthesising in shed somewhere in the midlands or something like that) was actually methcathinone but The Sun and other hidious rags reported it as Crystal Meth.
I personally would never try this shit. its around on the gay scene of london. while being out in vauxhall i have had people befriend me so to speak, and giving me coke, and the over a couple of weeks trying to introduce me to this. some guy about three times was in a toilet cubicle and presented this stuff inf ront of me and was quite adamant i should try it. not the least bit interested, and apprently it is VERY expensive. somone told me it goes in the clubs in the area for 60 pounds for a quarter of a gram. it looked like clear broken shards of glass. could easily be mistaken for clear cyrstal mdma

60 pounds for a quarter of a gram is actually good if it's pure, that stuff is strong by weight, still a better deal than coke. Why are you so against it? I would have accepted the offer, unless the guy wanted a blowjob in exchange or something.

The only person I know personally who's tried it in the UK is a gay dude who spends a lot of time in Vauxhall and likes his coke a lot, so it's definitely cropping up in that scene. He said he was rather looking forward to reduced inhibition and two day sex marathons but let down by the reality and wouldn't bother again.
i just personally feel its not for me. i always made a vow to myself when i first started using party drugs where i was going to the draw the line, and mdma and coke was the hardest ive always been prepared to go. if anyones aware of that london gay vauxhall scene, people are always pushing the boundaries further and further, they do not no when to stop. some people club hop from one to another all weekend, from friday through to monday. i believe crystal meth is the next step this scene is heading towards. its certainly was talked about but as i say, is topped going there in the summer and it appeared there are dealers activley headhunting people to get them into it from my opinion.
alot of people that club there are not withought there issues in the first place, withought getting them into this. if you get hooked on this shit, your pretty much fucked. and alot of these gay men have good jobs and lots of money to spend on partying at the weekends, they are a prime target from a buisness point of view to get them sucked into this trash. as it is, the scene is fucked with people having fits and collapsing on gbl and ambulances being called left right and centre. i dont really think it needs a load of (even more thatn usual ) paranoid crystal meth heads running around

Yeah had it couple of times. But it's big on the gay scene apparently, was in rehab with someone who's on it. He used to use these fuckbook type websites, where they had code words meaning they had meth and he would go and fuck these guys on it all the time. He called it "chem sex" Something ridiculous like £250 a gram if I remember right!
