Has anyone any names of chemicals shown to have ALL the following characteristics;

Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitor
Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitor
Sigma Agonist
Mu Agonist
NMDA Antagonist

Cocaine comes close, but has lame serotonin reuptake inhibition (boo) and doesnt have Mu agonism and NMDA antagonism as far as im aware.

Serotonin brings sorrow to the cocaine experience IMO, and should be eliminated from the picture.

But there must be some whacko chemicals out there that have been shown to have all the above desired characteristics?

SERT is a significant component of cocaines action. If we want to erradicate this from the picture, then all on needs to do is go on to make WIN 35 482, it is as simple as that.

Ok but sticking to the question that is being posed, a molecule that has a broad spectrum of action covering VWXYZ. I have been reading the e-book from 1982 on centrally acting analgesics today. There is a newer book on 1999 that has not been available to download yet so i'll guess I just end up reading the old classics.

Well, m-OH-PC...poo according to the book. I cannot be bothered to retype stuff that is basically being sited from one source that you can download anyway. I am not really allowed to post the source but lets say that if you consider yourself a "researcher" you can probably find it anyway.

Cocaine is anxiogenic enough as it is! I would imagine it would cause more panic attacks if it were lacking a seratonergic component.

But all in all, I would say the cocaine + ketamine combo which some have reported on would have the effect described. But I would not recommend trying it out, because I imagine its incredibly addictive, and from the 1 person I saw who used meth and k daily, would have devastating effects on one's sanity.

A certain lefetamine has been itching the back of my head recently...

That, or as F&B mentioned, a modified PCP analogue.

In fact, Ketamine comes close to this, though I'm not sure about NET and Mu affinities.

Cocaine may block sodium channels, but not those of the NMDA type as far as I know. If it did then I'd probably hold it in a muuuuch higher esteem ;)
