Anyone know where I can find a currenet MMT State (WI) and Federal Manual?

I really need to find the most recent copy of these . The best I have been able to find so far is the original 1974 Federal one, and I know things have changed. Also I know each, or more states have individual ones that have alterations. It's very important as to what is happening to me right now. Four years almost a model patient and they're destroying me. I have no other opptios. Anything would be appreciated.
