ANYONE KNOW WHEN SAM-E IS IN SHOPS?

From what I have read about this on the web, it can increase the amounts of dopamine as well as serotonin. I personally would not use it either as a post-load or a pre load for this reason, at least not if you are trying to prevent neurotoxicity- you might actually increase neurotoxicity. It might be helpful the night after though. 5htp sounds like a better option

I've taken 800mg (2x2)of Source NAturals SAMe per day for the last 60 days to assess nootropic / preload /recreational value.
Ladies and gentlemen, the results are in:
General effects after 2 months: 0
Preload efficacy: 0
Postload efficacy: 0
Recretional value: 0
Antidepressant efficacy: 0
Bone/joint beneficial effects: 0
So its thumbs down for for me on SAMe - nil action on all counts...it same as...nothing
unfortunate, since i got great results w/5HTP, Piracetam, aminos and melatonin...
