Anyone know whats in new 8-ballz glass cleaner?

So we all know that its not mephedrone, methylone, mdpv, etc... but I just found it on the shelves again and its still pretty good. anyone know what it is? Only clue I have is that the new formula is supposedly illegal in NC, TX, and LA. My only guesses would be 4-MEC or 4-FA. any other ideas?
