Opioids Anyone know much about Tapentadol?

Hi am knew to this site. Does anyone know how to prepare Palexia / Tapentadol for injection??
My friend has a high tolerance of OxyContin (500mg's a day) and has some Palexia 50mg SR TABS. Has tried cold water and they gel up! Do you do it like the new reformulated OxyContins or ???? Any help muchly appreciated!!! Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong area!!

Hi Crismanny. I do not know the answer to your question, but I see multiple posts saying the same thing. That generally is discouraged here. Post it in one place (other drugs is the most appropriate forum I think) and wait for answers. You can also try searching the site for info.

Tapentadol is amazing. It has wonderful analgesic properties and does not cause as much constipation when compared to oxy, morphine, and the like.

It does have a nice initial euphoria, this is from its actions on dopamine, pretty long legs, 6ish hours.

Now PO is a great, but SWIM told me that the rush from shooting it is crazy and gives you a hyped opioid high.

If you do go IV get micron filters, clean, supplies and dont go big the first time. Some people find it stronger than oxy with a little less of a nod.

I've spent a good amount of time playing with Soma and Tapentadol together (making my own little "red apples"), and the combination shines far more than Soma alongside other opioids but I can't tell quite why. Taps also do not seem to prefer being insufflated, which is rare for mu opioid agonists.
