Been given a few of these, supposedly they are very rare and that seems to be the case after having a search on google.

Also are they safe to take on a comedown? they are 5mg pills.
 
They are rare (and greatly sought after) but there's been a few folk around these parts who've laid hands on 'em. If you search the forum you should find a few mentions of personal experience (not mine (unfortunately :!)). They're just benzos so can be used same as any other benzo. The big selling point is that they are that rarest of beasts: a benzo with recreational value in its own right. I wouldn't waste 'em on comedowns when more workaday benzos do that job just fine. Given the only reason they're sought after is because they're not quite like most benzos I'd use 'em on their own if it were me.
 
Yup i've had the luxury a year or so ago, though tbh i had such a tolerance & i dont remember them standing out much from other benzos, def not worth the ludicrous price i paid for them. Sorry; i cant remember more info :!
 
On. It know took it about 45 mins ago, feel kinda chilled, had a little panic attack after I took it heart started beating fast and I didn't know what to do but only lasted a few minutes.

Feel kinda tired but I didn't get much sleep last few nights. Think I prefer valium.

Do you think it would be okay to take around 30mg mxe in a few hours?
 
Your panic attack was placebo effect and yes MXE would be fine. 30mg is barely at the registering mark, for me anyway, YMMV etc.
 
Yeah I thought so but at the time it was scary haha never felt like that before.

Okay thanks, I took 10mg the other day then 10 an hour later didn't feel anything noticeable but tried 15mg last night and it just felt like a small does of ket.

Should I try 30mg next or do you think more? Thanks
 
Like I said, YMMV, we're all different apparently. But, for me, 30mg MXE really is somewhere around the baseline effect. Personally I do 45-50mg for a good time, one where I'm still able to move about a bit should the situation require. It's only above that when things start to get a bit, erm, you know.

But hey, there were people on here swearing they get off on 20mg so what do I know?

haha i suppose, to be fair though i didn't see the big hype but i only took one. I have 3 left now but dont know what to do with them/ when to take them.
 
^Same, considering how rare/hyped it is i was expecting a lot more. Same with pentobarbital, bit of a let down except when IV'd which was lush, but it wrecks veins almost instantly ime. Might be due to tolerance etc, or just mass rose tinted glasses due to availability, have people had exp with happy 5s or nembys back when they were common and can remember if they really were that special?
 
IVing barbs is a bad idea. The soluble salts are generally highly alkaline, and will cause tissue necrosis in case of any extravasation or a missed shot. They call it 'barb burns' apparently. Never shot any of them myself however.

Oral barbital, taken as the free acid, now that was a blast, before it almost did for me.

Longterm use of barbs IMO will make you dumb as shit while using, in a way unlike other downers, as the barbiturates are AMPA receptor antagonists, basically the inverse effect can be expected of what would occur from a nootropic like pramiracetam, aniracetam or the true ampakines. While I was using the barbital, my memory ended up next to fuck all, still have problems with it even now, years later, although pramiracetam, or even better, if only I could continuously afford it, was a combination of the latter, and galantamine, a cholinesterase inhibitor. But the galantamine is super pricy, more so than I can afford, and its next to impossible to get support for memory. issues on the NHS in england.

Barbs are best kept for a really occasional use IMO, they have the potential to seriously fuck you over. And having got arrested whilst using barbital regularly some years back, the withdrawals from it, and the attending DTs are absolutely horrific. Even GHB or GBL w/d was less nightmarish.

Erimin was never common outside of SE Asia. Am sure there is an element of "scarcity = desirability" involved but it's long been the most sought-after benzo in SE Asia even when competing with other benzos. Temazepam is the second most-favoured in said benzo-saturated areas I do believe. Given temazepam is quite widely touted as being highly recreational compared with most benzos (and with good reason - it is) I'd still be more than happy to find out if Happy 5s are all they're cracked up to be.

My dearly departed remembered using nembutal when it was more common over here and apparently enjoyed it greatly although also said it was extremely messy and hard to be completely sure as it wipes most of your memory. Was one of her faves for saving money on booze at the pub either way.
 
Never had nembutal, but at least during the good phase of my royal fuckover, it was quite something, unlike other downers, but it does indeed do a real number on your cognitive processing.

Temaz is alright, but as far as generally available benzos go, nitrazepam has to be my favourite, nice long duration, properly hypnotic and messy, and packs a heck of punch, for a benzo.

But as people here might already know, I'm a huge fan of chlo(r)methiazole, downer-wise. Feels and behaves like a much cleaner barb, without the brainfog that the latter induce.
 
Never did like Moggies. Okay initially but can't be doing with the zombification that drags on and on and on once the (arguably) "good bit" has long since faded. Much prefer the short-acting benzos. Temaz and alpraz being my faves. Only long-acting one I really like is clonazepam.
 
Cheers for the info guys, esp you limpet, it had worried me a bit how badly it fucked my veins up, years of semi-careful vein care when shooting wrecked in a few shots. Too dangerous IV'd, dont rate it via any other roa and i'm not brave/stupid enough to try even a 'safe' polydrug combo with barbs

Tbh i never found temazepam particuartly recreational either, or any benzo, id stick with diazepam / my fav clonaz if i had to pick

Nitraz was alright, but its such an unnessecary & awkward size for a 5mg pill
 
I don't like diaz at all myself. I've found it to cause a delayed paradoxical rxn. Seems benzos that share oxazepam as a metabolite do it. I got scripted diaz a few times, once before when I had to go to probation several years ago after getting banged up, and on release, forced to go to probation for a year or so. When I got there after taking diaz, I had to more or less fight with my probie to stop her calling an ambulance, I was shaking all over, that badly she was one step away from ringing an ambulance.

I really like nitrazepam though, my favourite out of all the benzos I've ever tried, maybe loprazolam was similarly good at real high doses, but nitraz is definitely a favourite. The pills ain't bad either, taste like mints, easy to take sublingually/chew up. Tastes good to me.

IV use of barbs is seriously dangerous. The free acids aren't water soluble to any great degree. When I scored over an oz of barbital, when converting a little of it to a sodium salt it just floated on top of the water/base solution in a pile of powder for quite a while, reluctant to dissolve. In just water it was more or less insoluble. The sodium salts are highly alkaline and will do a number on veins, although I never banged the barbital, just took it orally. Top notch downer, but if abused, and I did, along with god knows what else I was using at the time, it will fuck you. IV use will ruin veins, and if extravasation occurs, or a proper miss, the barbs are notorious for causing severe necrosis of flesh, being as caustic as they are.

Won't post this as a direct image, but just link to it. This is an image of a burn caused by barbs. Not pretty in the slightest. Some others look more like burns inflicted by mustard gases, massive blistering caused, necrotic ulcers. I'd really never risk it. Perhaps with an IV line in place with an injection port, but not using a handheld needle. One slip and its likely to result in an ugly mess.

Also, with barbs, tolerance rises, but LD:50 does not do so with it. Lethal dosage remains the same, whilst tolerance climbs, eventually required dosage/tolerance means a proper dose would take the user over the lethal amount. With obvious results that need not be elaborated upon.
 
Kinda doubt those pix you linked are barb burns. Are there really that many people who inject barbituates into their genitals? Was a site that covered a variety of dermatological damage caused by a wide range of drugs. If you just wanted to post a pic of an ulcerated cock or fanny then feel free but I suspect it's a tad misleading to say those where caused by injecting barbituates. Not to suggest that what you're saying isn't true but HR info works best when directly related to what you are informing of. Although saying that I'm sure there's not massive variety when it comes to ulcers, abcesses and rotting flesh. Fairly sure you were simply going for shock value of a pic of an ulcerated nob and a fanny though ;)
