There's a difference between following the philosophy that consenting adults should be allowed to do what they like together, which I completely agree with. And not being allowed to cast judgement on how they choose to use that freedom.

In this particular case I think you'd be pretty justified in judging it as pretty fucked up. If I said I didn't I'd be lying.

Who are you to judge? Nobody I suppose. Same as me. But judge we most certainly can. Personally I judge it with a giant "wtf?". Not a negative, I think you're a bad person wtf. More a "I really don't get this at all" wtf.
 
sure. i don't get how people can even do it as my visceral reaction to the sight and smell alone would revolt me in that setting. but i also get that's on me. that's my issue.

I don't dispute that two people who consent, who have mental capacity to give consent, given whatever degree of extra considerations and making sure might be needed, if example, someone is under 16, or has some sort of MR etc. have the right to do such things in private between each other.
