Anyone Heard Of DMT Pills ?

Before anyone else flames you for not searching thru old threads, i'd like to speak up for ya in that the shit we get here in Singapore is probably very much different from what they get in the US or Oz.
If you're talking abt DMT as in the chemical, then you SHOULD be flamed. However, if you're talking abt the pill with DMT printed on it, then let me help you...as much as third hand information can.
A couple of friends had them a few months back and experienced very trippy visual effects and some smacky, loved-up feeling. Interestingly, the effects of the chem DMT indicated likewise, so i'm not too sure. Geez...i don't even know what i'm talking about now....hope it helps

DMT is a very potent hallucinagen which is usually smoked. i think its the active part of Daytura plants. anywayz its one of the most powerful psychedelics out there. never heard of it in pill form, tho it wouldnt suprise me.
best to be careful i guess, if it is what it says prepare youself for one hell of a rie. the few people i know who have done this were serious acid heads and it had even them scared.
its probably just a cute logo for a speed pill but test it just to be sure....

dimethytryptamine(DMT) is a derivative of tryptophan, the stuff u find in bovril, milo and 5-htp(i think...) which helps with e comedowns. Helps to regenerate serotonin i think. BUT DMT per se does NOT help. As johnboy said, it's a fucking powerful hallucinogen.

Johnboy & Syke: just as you do not like people posting misinformation about mdma, please do not post misinformation about other compounds yourself. If you are not 100% sure, just direct them to the Lycaeum or to Erowid.
DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is indeed a very powerful psychedelic, but it is not orally active (unless with a MAOI), therefore it would be a complete waste of time and money to put it into a pill. It is not found in Datura, however it is found in many plants (including some Australian acacia's).

i wouldn't call either of those misinformation. i was just saying be careful and your pills probably arent DMT.
i am usually the first to point people to lycaeum/erowid (which if you have read my posts you'd know). and last night at 1am when i wrote the post i made a mental note to later clarify what i had written.
you beat me to it and more power to you. thanks for keeping me honest and feel free to add what ever other info you have. thats what this site is for. just dont be so fast to call people hypocrites ok? we are all doing our best here,and not getting paid for it either...

DMT is is a mono-amine that is not orally active. A MOAI will inhibit the metabolism, preventing the tryptamine crossing the blood brain barrier. My friend had a great idea to sell caps with a MOAI in a big cap, then inside that cap have a smaller cap with some DMT. He tried it once and worked fantastically. Only thing is, don't try this at home kids, it is VERY dangerous if you are unaware of interactions between drugs. Be careful trying DMT and have never tried DMT before. If you have never taken LSD before, nor any other psychedelics, BE WARNED, YOU NEED SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN THIS DEPARTMENT!!

If my friend had this idea, someone else could have thought of it aswell!!!
My friend decided against it after we talked through the idea and realised it would probably cause a HUGE media outburst, DMT would be ramped up as an EVIL drug! Now that would be fucked, especially if people got hurt!!!!!!

i know nothing about DMT, i just wanted to remind someone that 'moderator' is not another word for 'teacher'.

I know this is way out of date, but purple DMT's floated around the East Coast of the U.S. a few months ago...I think they were determined to be MDA; they just had a DMT stamp.

can you beat this dead horse any more? dmt doesn not compare to acid, from what ive heard and read it takes you to an alternate state of being and most people puke on themselvs the first time, or was that 5meodmt?
