Health Anyone have experience extracting DMT from mimosa hostilis using supercritical CO2 extraction machine? Or a place to point me online to read up.

its not possible in CO2. DMT is a akaloid its in the cell walls of the root bark and is present as a tannate salt in these walls. CO2 is a nonpolar solvent and wont pull this out

The A/B extraction is what works for DMT because it converts the DMT to freebase out of the root bark.
