Misc Anyone had good results from escitolopram

Hey guys,
Yesterday I was prescribed Escitolopram from my psychiatrist for Major depression and Generalized Anxiety, I have tried Mirtazapine and Sertraline to no real avail. I understand that this drug has a completely different chemical structure to Mirtazapine and Sertraline, My question here is has anyone had some good results with this drug and what side affects did you experience if any?
 
It's an SSRI but has fewer side effects than other SSRIs. I haven't taken it but had family members who did great on it. Hope it helps you.
