Anyone getting cut off opioid scripts in the USA?

I know, sooner or later they will stop all of us from getting the pharma scripts that have done us well. It's just a matter of time. The streets are loaded with Fentanyl and easy to get but it's a total roll of the dice buying off the street like that. And here in the USA buying from India or the Asian markets is pretty much impossible and even that stuff you have to test - as you don't know whats legit or not. I sure hope some dedicated dcotors band together to stop this nonsense. It'd be them and us patients against the FDA. I think we'd need some type of big Class Action Lawsuit to change things around. And if theres big money involved for lawyers, I'm sure they'll form a team and get the DEA's out of the doctors offices and let doctors doctor. That's my hope anyway. I just can't see people suffereing terribly for very much longer before doctors and lawyers set up a team to shit down the DEA and their henchmen.

I follow a gal forming such a movement. her name is Claudia Merandi and shes on the socialmedia sites. I follow her on Facebook as thats the only socialmedia platform I follow (boomer guy here) and socialmedia really ainlt my thing at all. I don't think she's an actual doctor bu she knows her shit and she's one of those toughass New York City gals. She's really fighting for everyone and does a lot to stir the pot including getting inot the political side of it. She even is naming names of these "non-opiod doctors" left and right. IMO, she's risking her life. She knows it too - but she don't care. Claudia Merandi, good tough lady. BTW, I have no afiliation with her other than stumbling onto her videos on FB and now I'm a big supporter of her.

I have been in a similar situation- I was prescribed Norco at 40mg a day from 2008 2013. I had moved away and my doctor was mailing them to my PO Box. I had gotten a new doctor who prescribed me my 1st month of the same script. I contacted my old doctor telling her not to mail me my meds anymore, I'd get a double script and be fucked. Well, she sent the Norco and I got flagged by the DEA the first time it happened.

I had gotten a new doctor who prescribed me my 1st month of the same script. I contacted my old doctor telling her not to mail me my meds anymore, I'd get a double script and be fucked. Well, she sent the Norco and I got flagged by the DEA the first time it happened.

wow..yur lucky as I'm pretty sure that's a felony - BUT if it's "in-state maybe not. And your doc doing mailing ti to you? I think he/she needed special credentials through the DEA to mail out schedule II drugs like an opiod.

Using FB as a solution? I'm an old fck and only play around on FB - not other platforms. bu I joined local roups that were close to where I lived. For example - say I lived in Buffalo, NY. I'd join basic groups of surrounding regions, like suburban areas nearby. One to keep tabs on buying/selling stuff and see whats happening...break-ins, car shows etc. But for my script issue, I just posted a short summary stating my situation and asked if anyone out there had a doc cool with scripting opioids. Ask for them to DM you privately and go from there. I posted in about 3 groups and I guess I lucked out - got responses from good people who shared me their doc. I made an appt, told the doc my situation and got my scripts.

The doc I found was not a shady script writer. She keeps good documents on her patients to back her legit reason to script that particualr drug. I have to go once a month, piss in a cup and sometimes have bood work. I'm on medicare so my insurance covers it all. Without insurance I might be screwed. One advantage to gettting old I guess. Being on Medicaid or Disability (even if you under 65) would probably help as well. My buddy is 52, on Disability (hit by an old seahag while ridding his Harey) but he gets his meds from his doc at no charge. Got a good payoff from the lawsuit too. Good Luck! Personallt I afraid to search the streets or go the India/Asian route, I like getting real pharma suff. Your other SAFE option is to find some who gets a legit pharma script but doesnt take it and sells it at an affordable price.

Well, ever since I was cut off the Norco, I have been completely unlucky.

Naw, she was just a gullible Nurse Practitioner!! I am positive it is illegal now to get them mailed, this was over 10 years ago.

I think that you said that you have OUD?? If so, you are the first person I have heard of in that situation.

I think that I already belong to local Facebook groups. Not gonna go that route I think because I have a lot of photos and information on myself on Facebook and I feel that by asking a question like that would make my "reputation" look bad.

For the last couple years I have been trying to figure out how darkweb/net markets work. I think that I have it figured out, but not a 110% so I'm not risking a felony if I mess up, but you can get whatever you need there.
