anyone from toledo know about this brown heroin

I recently moved here and sick as hell I scored som brown heroine but it did nothing for me I did alot more then what I do in philly I am wondering if I am doing it wrong I never seen it before.Some say h3 but I reserched that is not in the usa help maybe adding to much water idk..Its all I can find and I looked all over.

I just moved to toledo and got some stuff dark prown powder will not break down good at all in water what is this what do I do helpppp...

Curious..if you breath heavily on it with a "hot breath" does it start to solidify? Could just be shitty ass tar made into brown powder. People do that around here.

I don't know about Toledo but I'm in Columbus and I've seen the above about a dozen times in the last 2-3 years. It's usually the same quantity of about 0.1 in a balloon but it's dark brown granules that make it look more like a powder. However, it is actually tar as far as I have experienced. It smells, tastes, and cooks the exact same as tar and has the same feeling.

Some middlemen and dealers will do this (I won't say how because my gut says it's probably against the rules) to create the illusion that it's good powder. Since good powder in Columbus has been practically non-existent for the past 3 years that Mexican dope has flooded the market; this allows them to charge more money for the same stuff because it looks more like powder than tar.

Maybe try adding some citric acid to it with a bit of heat also. Our gear in the Uk is a brown powder and to break it down so it's injectable we have to put it in a spoon with some citric and water then heat gently with a lighter to break it down into a liquid.
Don't know if this is the same stuff that you have got though.

Doubt it, Afghan heroin base is almost non-existant in America, doubt it'd turn up in Toledo. Maybe in NY, or LA. Anythings possible, though.

It sounds like you got burned. At best it's tar cut up into mud.

Ive seen that brown looking dope in Birmingham a couple years ago it was a lot weaker then the usual SA white dope. I dont know muchabout toledo but I really doubt the dope there is as good as philly.

Update from Columbus (2.5 hours from Toledo). I recently procured a couple bags that were sold as "brown powder" but had a darker hue and would not break up like normal brown powder. After maybe 45 minutes in my pocket, it became more of a gummy, dark-looking dope like tar. I put it in a spoon and it had no trouble dissolving, no visible cut. Hit it and it felt like some really decent tar. Not really a rip-off in my experience if you're used to tar dope. Same cost to me as a balloon.
