Anyone from the North Eastern MD area or Northern DE?

I haven't really been active on any internet forum in awhile, partly due to the fact that i pawned my desktop over a year ago, and my heroin addiction has prevented me from buying a new one, luckily a family member is letting me borrow this old laptop to keep me entertained. I originally moved to MD from Delaware due to housing issues, i don't really know many people around here (aside from a few people that also have heroin related addiction) .

I'm curious to see if there are any locals on here, and if so what the hell do people do for fun in this town, besides dope?
