When i used to be heavily into stimulants, mainly mephedrone, after a heavy night on them or after a very large bomb or line, i used to get cuts and red patches appear on my skin, mainly my hands/arms and around my abdomen too, this is pretty worrying actually and im glad i gave it up.

I took 2 30mg ir corepharamas and I was on my bed moaning and on the floor for like 4 mins. It was SO INTENSE. I felt horrriiibbbllleeee do I need to stay away from adderall? xr did the same...

Well, how many times have you done Adderall? I've done it hundreds of times and never really experienced any intense pains with it... Only thing would be panic attacks. Still, any intense pain in your body is a sign that something isn't right, so I'd keep away from Adderall if I were in your position. It is possible it wasn't the adderall or something other than Adderall which caused your pain, but it's very unlikely. Maybe too high of a dose?

Semi-related, I once took Tramadol after taking it many times before and felt terrible (Very sweaty and weak) and laid on my floor for ten to twenty minutes. Took it a ton of times after that and never had a problem again.
