anyone ever used a commercially available vitamin press?

hey everybody ive been looking into tablet presses for informational purposes i looked into it and i found some vitamin presses these were electric and able to produce 5000+ an hour they also ran thousands of dollars so i kept looking and found a hand crank one (CN-0) my question is is the quality of the tablets going to vary between using an electric press with a motor opposed to the CN-0? any insight would be appreciated
