about 3-4 months ago I started taking codeine for headaches, first tylenol 2's then recently 30mg pills of straight codeine. I started to get minor stomach discomfort around the same time the tylenols started but it was minor and came and went, since I started with just codeine it seems to get a little worse.
I am confused because I know constipation is a side effect but I have not experienced that. I cant seems to find anything on codeine causing stomach discomfort other then a few people on yahoo questions asking about it.
it kind of feels like gas pain but no gas, lol
anyone experience this?
I never take more then 75-90mg of codeine and normally eat or drink within an hour of taking the pills.
would dihydrocodeine be less likely to cause side effects?
