The dextromethorphan in it is cough syrup, which is a hardcore dissociative in high doses and acts strongly on serotonin, that's why it's in Auvelity. Not enough to get you high, but enough to benefit from the mood improvements. I take it twice a day. Anyone else?

Misc Anyone else use prescription Auvelity for their mental health?

From what i know (i just took DXM a few times, and not at very high doses), this is a very nice dissociative for tripping but i'm curious about this Auvelity, which purpose is it prescribed for you? (anxiety? psychosis? etc.)

I was prescribed Auvelity, didn't work for me
For what?
I have a patient who is on it and it has been helping him.
I think it was for depression, not certain. I know it's a new drug
