Anyone else taken Flupentixol also known as Depixol, Fluanxol and Flupenthixol

I get bi-weekly injections.
it has less side effects compared to the other meds out there but it still brings out exhaust and ED issues.

anyone else on this?
any tips or info on how to deal with this medication

not only does one get ED or have exhaust issue, most will suffer from back pain and sleep issue.

i can't fucking sleep on this drug.

my back is fucked up as well.

only good thing is there is no weight gain.

If you don't like the medication your on just talk to your doctor. Maby you can take an antipsychotic with fewer side effects. I take Chlorpromazine now and I like the stuff.

It is quite a possibility that I can be med free.

I took one pill of flupentixol when I was prescribed it, and really didn't like it. Would rate it one of the worst antipsychotics I've taken. So, a thumbs down from me.

how long does it take to recovery properly from this drug?

any supplements one should take as well ?

so basically, i am off this medication and i feel much better. its been a few months (3 months) since my last injection .

My sleeping habit is returning to normal! no more insomnia!

its funny how being sober from psychiatry can do so much good for you
