Anyone actually enjoy Diphenhydramine?

Only as a sleep aid, which it works very well for me in dosages of 75-100mg. But tolerance builds super-quick, so I recommend taking a day or two off after 3-4 days of usage.

yeah man, im on vyvanse( and also get hopped up on what ever other stimulants i can get my hands on ei; energy drinks, coffee, diet pills, energy pills, even have a breathable energy thing called aeroshot which is pretty interesting)
so i took 50 mgs of benadryl last night, which usually knocks me the fuck out after a while, but i DID NOT sleep a wink. and after a few hours id be laying there and my whole body would twitch and jerk and i felt like i had like bugs crawling in my muscle tissue and could not get comfortable at all. is that a normal thing with this shit? its the first time i've experienced it, and i take it very frequently

Yeh, a lot of people experience RLS with Diph. I prefer Doxalymine overall, it is much more gentle, but not as effective. I too have been on stim benders and know that if I was to take Diph I would be futzed. I much prefer to use my valium but its not always available due to the fact that when I get a script of it I tend to take a liking to it . That shit can be so uncomfortable tho, and when I do eventually fall asleep, my legs continue to move and kick alot. Many a times I have been punched by my wife and told to knock it off or one of us ends up on the couch

I also experience RLS sometimes when I take more than 100mg. Normally I only take 50 to 75 mg and that is just as a sleep aid. It is good stuff if one needs a good night's sleep. Is promethazine OTC in the US?

Prometh is not OTC, no.

Depends on the country...

Promethazine - Phenergan is over the counter in australia. Very VERY easy to obtain.

In fact nearly all first-generation anti-histamines are in australia... doxylamine, dimenhydrinate, diphenhydramine, hidroxyzine etc...
