Anybody order and recieve an EZ Test in Michigan?

I was going to order a EZ Test today, but then I read this post yesterday.

Now I'm really leary about ordering one. Anybody from Michigan order one and recieve one? Anybody from Michigan have this problem? I've been calling all the head shops in the area to see if they sell kits, but they don't. =(. Thanks for any info..
