i'm curious as to why the amount of time (albeit quick everytime) it takes for the heroin high to kick in (iv'd) differs, for me at least. Its always very quick. usually within 15 seconds, but sometimes it hits me hard and fast, within 1 second, and other times longer, sometimes (rarely) up to 30 seconds... i've deduced that its not the quality or the amount because i'll get equally as high... it just takes long. then i thought, maybe there's a cut in it that i'm feeling that some 15 (or whatever) seconds later, but, it wouldnt make sense, because, again, its the same high... the other option is if i'm missing, but i know when i miss a shot, and it also usually takes a lot longer if i miss.
idk, i mean, its not a big deal, getting high is getting high, it just doesn't make sense to me. anybody have an explanation, or experience, with this?
