Anybody had any problems ordering from eztest.com?

Has anybody had any problems ordering from eztest.com? I recently ordered the eztest complete and they haven't gotten back to me to tell me that they have sent it or anything, i've e-mailed them 3 or 4 times just asking for the status of my order. Anybody else had this problem?

They have gotten back to me now, hopefully everything comes in good order.

Your order was sent last Thursday, by priority mail. It usually takes about
4-8 business days to get there.
