Anybody done something crazy for $$$ to buy your drug of choice?

Damn't stupid shit like this keeps drugs illegal. There are tons of respectable citizens out there using drugs without commiting crimes, fraud, or otherwise harming the public at large.
They just don't center their life around drugs so you never see or here them.
Anyway the worst things I have done for drugs
a)overdrawn my bank account and incurred that nasty $21 fee...only hurt myself as I didn't wait till my paycheck.
b) Gotten funds from parents. They fully knew a great deal were going for entertainment I just didn't mention which type. Hell they might have even guessed the weed.
The worst thing drugs bring out in me is duplicity of charachter...having to pretend to be straight b/c it is illegal. If I ever start really hurting people for drugs I hope I kill myself instead.

I personally haven't done anything strange to get drug money, but I have asked to sample an a freind of an older member of my family's weed stash at one point. The funny part was that they were all for it, but had simply forgotten where it was because they hadn't used it in a long time and lost it in the house hehehe. Yeah 30 year old weed.
Id like to second the fact that (hopefully) most drug users do not resort to more criminal activity to fund their drug use.... many of the entries associated with this link remind of things that should be in the Dark Side forum

For all you moralists, I must say that I have stolen drugs from various family members (non that I thought they needed), and felt little guilt associated with those stealings. Maybe im slime, I just dont care.

ive only stole drugs from family members, never money or anything else, and i ALWAYS leave them enough to get thru, ill only take a pill or 2. i feel bad but its not as bad as stealing money from them, or raping old ladies in the park @ 3am.
