Any1 know about Es and ADD

Im popping my cherry this weekend and taking my first E i Have ADD (attention deficit disorder) dies anyone know if Es affect u more or if there are anything i should be concerned with like flipping out or anything like that

from my searches i only found questions from people who have ADD and had used E.
