not true. dont know where u live, but here organic food is really expensive. basically, most good plant food and any food you have to combine in order to get the most nutrients from, in a week time for me it becomes really really expensive. and i disagree with fast food being cheap and easy to get. its cans. cans are easiest, least expensive most accessible food.
I eat an almost completely raw AND organic diet and I work at a
minimum wage job. What you've just said is exactly my point; its about priorities. People who make FAR MORE MONEY THAN ME think that good quality food is "too expensive" and would rather eat out of a can. I've seen friends who make over 20 dollars an hour eat like this.
Bullshit they can't afford good food. They don't want to bother because they are lazy and it isn't a priority. Buying cool stuff is a priority. Having the newest Iphone is a priority. But not healthy organic food? The most fundamental building block of our bodies, the most important thing to a healthy life???
If I can afford good food on very little money, anyone can. I'm not talking super poor people in third world countries or homeless people who are starving here, obviously there are people who
literally cannot afford food. I'm talking any working Americans who make decent money.
eating well is my #1 personal priority because with out that nothing else in my life can function at optimum levels.
Yes, exactly! THANK GOD some other people out there get it. Sorry to go on a random rant, it just drives me crazy, you don't know how many friends I've seen who are like "I could never eat healthy, it's too expensive." While they are playing on their new video game, or wearing their expensive clothes. People's priorities in this world disturb me.
Food
is expensive. And it should be the last, not the first, thing to be sacrificed from your budget. But hey, if people want to destroy their bodies that is their business. But it is something that disturbs me a lot about America.
