Any suggestions on good anxiolytic drugs for being sociable, talkative?

I have had a very positive experience with flunitrazepam over the past year, as it not only gets rid of anxiety but also makes me very sociable, talkative and upbeat. My doctor and I have been looking for a less dangerous alternative to flunitrazepam in terms of addiction and tolerance buildup. I have heard a few good things about Lyrica, Inderal, Kanna and a few others, and I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions to share. Thanks!

As stated in your previous thread on the same subject, this is really something that you should be discussing and deciding with your doctor as we can't be certain what will be best for you, something may work really well for one or a few of us but could end up being a nightmare for you. If you do some research on the different alternatives and options and make a list of pros and cons based on possible side effects that could be a good idea, but we really can't diagnose and prescribe you on an internet message board.

I really hope that you can find something that helps with your anxiety in social situations that isn't as addictive as flunitrazepam or any other benzo.

If you bring the subject up casually in the BDD Social and Information Booth then you will most likely get some anecdotal reports about what works for others, but we are trying not to encourage threads that are asking for diagnoses or suggestions on what medication will work for your medical problems, purely because we are not qualified to give out that information as we don't know you enough to be able to prescribe or diagnose you.

Am going to close the thread now but please feel free to carry on the disccusion in the Social Thread I have linked to above :)

If anyone has any problems with my closing of the thread or think that it should be reopened then shoot me a PM

Mugz :)
